Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country).
- Provide accurate info and keep your password safe. You're responsible for activity on your account.
Acceptable use
Don't use Funny Chat to:
- Harass, threaten, or harm other people.
- Share illegal content, spam, malware, or sexual content involving minors.
- Impersonate others or attempt to break, reverse-engineer, or overload the service.
We may suspend or remove accounts that violate these rules.
Your content
You own the messages, photos, and calls you share. You grant us a limited license to store and transmit that content only so we can deliver it to the people you choose.
Service availability
Funny Chat is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it running smoothly, but we can't guarantee it will always be available or free of errors.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Funny Chat is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
